The most important standards are foundin the general conditions of each insurance plan.

For instance: Private room in a hospital - if less tha €/$100 is refunderd per night, the notation is 1; is between 100 and 200 is refunded, the notation is 2; and if there is no limitation on refunds, the notation is 3
In order to be clear, notations are 0,1,2 or 3.
The final notation per insurance is based on a scale of 0 to 10
The final notation per insurance company is the average of its insurance plan's notation.
The Rating/Notation is updated every quarter.
