REGULATIONS GAME COMPETITION SUPER AMBASSADOR 2018

Article 1: Organizing company and participation

The company AOC Insurance Broker, registered in the register of Commerce and Companies of Nanterre (France), under the number of SIREN 494 738 008, whose registered office is located at 38 rue Louis Ulbach, 92400 Courbevoie, France, organizes on its web page www.aoc-insurancebroker.com/super-ambassador2018, from June 5, 2018 to December 2018 at midnight, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled "Super Ambassador Contest". Participation in the game is free, without obligation to purchase and is reserved for AOC Insurance Broker clients aged over 18 and using the AOC ExpatCare mobile app, excluding AOC Insurance Broker and their family. Only one entry per household (same name and / or address) and / or IP address per game. Any participation in the game must comply with the conditions of this regulation. Non-compliance conditions of participation set out in the Regulation will result in the invalidity of the participation.

Article 2: Participation

Participation in this game is open to any physical person who is a major client of AOC Insurance Broker. The staff AOC Insurance Broker and any natural or legal person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization, conception, realization, implementation, promotion, animation or management of the Game, as well as

members of their respective families in direct and indirect lines (including cohabitants) living under the same roof are not allowed to participate.

Article 3: Terms of participation 

To participate, simply:

1. Download the AOC Expatcare mobile app on the Google Play and Apple Store

2. Submit to AOC Insurance Broker the contact information of the persons to whom you recommend AOC services Insurance Broker, by email or phone.

Participation in the Game is possible from June 5, 2018 to December 31, 2018 at midnight French time. The participation requires access to the Internet.

Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, misrepresented, non-compliant or received after the game date will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the entrant. Likewise participation received by mail will be rejected.

Article 4: Staffing

There are in total, for the whole period of the Game, 3 prizes to be won according to the classification (lot 1 will be awarded on 1st of the classification and lot 3, ranked 3rd).

At the end of the game, the winners will be notified by e-mail within 30 days and will have to confirm their address within 15 days.

The 3 lots will be sent, by AOC Insurance Broker, to the mailing addresses of the winners within one (1) month from the end of the game.

The prizes offered to the winners will not give rise to any dispute, nor to the delivery of their counterpart financial contribution (total or partial), or their exchange or replacement against any other lot of any value, for whatever reason.

Lots sent that have not been received, cannot give rise to any dispute.

If the circumstances so require, AOC Insurance Broker reserves the right to replace one lot with another lot of value equal or superior, in particular but without being exhaustive, in the event of unavailability of the lot initially provided for.

Article 5: Designation of winners and delivery of prizes

In total, the first 3 of the final ranking at 31 December 2018 midnight French time, will be awarded their lots according to their ranking order.

Attention - in the event of a tie in the final standings, the participants will be drawn.

The prizes of the Game are allocated in a personal way and remain strictly non-transferable. Where appropriate, Prizes will be sent to each winner at the mailing address indicated above. Any designated entrant winner

certify that the personal data that may be requested are real and true. The definitive attribution of lots being pronounced after said checks.

All winners agree to submit to any verification of the veracity of the coordinates announced (number of phone, name, address, contact details, etc.) in order to validate the attribution of his lot. Any false statement or false declaration automatically leads to the cancellation of any winnings and the participant can not claim

no compensation, compensation whatsoever.

AOC Insurance Broker shall not under any circumstances be liable for the terms and conditions of the delivery of prizes to the winners.

After sending the email informing him of the arrival of his winnings, if a winner does not appear within the allotted time, he will automatically be considered as having renounced his lot.

Article 6: Liability

The company will not be responsible in case of malfunction of the Internet preventing access to the game or its good proceedings.

Participation in this game involves knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet,

the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or piracy and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. It is up to each participant to take all the appropriate measures to protect its own data and / or software stored on its equipment computer and telephone against any infringement. The connection of anyone to the site, the mobile application and participation in the game is under his full responsibility.

Article 7: Reimbursement of expenses

No financial compensation or expense in any form whatsoever will be claimed from participants.

Article 8: Computing and Liberties

Article 9: Applicable Law and Regulation / Acceptance of the Regulation

This game is exclusively subject to French law.
